Xavier's Poem on Dogs and Cats

 

Today we have been learning describing dogs and cats.By using adjectives noun and verbs.
Our Teacher Mrs Column came to our school to help with our learning .
It was very interesting and very exciting for me. While we were doing our poems , we found two patterns . The first pattern was 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 . and it was counted the opposite way.
And the second line had verbs , the third line had adjectives and the forth line had nouns.
I have learnt describing words, using adjectives , nouns and verbs directions.
The final conclusion is having FUN with words.

I'm learning Equivalent Fractions,

This Term we are learning Equivalent Fraction , A Equivalent Fraction have the same value, even though they may look different. We had to double the fractions. I learn that 1/2 = 2/4 = 4/8. We went and put it on our Google Document . It was very fun to make equivalent fractions with shapes .

Character Description 24 July 2015

As,  I turned around I saw a strange looking man. He was dragging himself to the dairy store.

His old funny pirate hat smelt like dead fish , his head had sea weed covering his hair. He had a hairy looking beard that was soaked as a wet towel. The scary man’s clothes was soggy in dirtiness.  My two eyes , mouth and nose couldn’t believe it. I was about to scream my lungs out . But i couldn't do it because i will attract the people so i had to slowly walked as a turtle. Everyone was so sacred there was tired to go away from him . The people was wedding hard out .

Everyone very trying to get away .

As, I was walking slowly ,I saw his dirty teeth while he was dragging his leg.

His tooth was bright yellow as the sun and most of the tooth was rotten with an golden teeth but most of them was broken.When I was following him i was so nervous with fright. I was going to jump like a bunny. As the strange pirate looked at me ,my heart started to race. He was rushing around fast as wild wind . But i know that he was not dragging his leg . He look at

When a circuit is connected in SERIES ,

one terminal is connected to another

terminal in a line .

A dvantage :

1. You can add more batteries

to increase the power .

2. It is easy to set up needing fewer conductor (wire)

Disadvantage

1. The bulb share the power from the

batteries and are dim.

2. If one part of the circuit breaks everything will stop working.
